Kendal Wooden Low Height Corner Gazebo
The Kendal Corner Wooden Garden Gazebo is designed to make use of unused garden corners while creating a sheltered outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. The Kendal corner gazebo fits neatly into patio corners or garden boundaries, helping maximise available space while providing a practical outdoor structure.
Like the Bude gazebo, the Kendal features a carefully designed hybrid roof which keeps the overall height below 2.5 metres. This allows the structure to remain suitable for many gardens where height restrictions apply, and it will typically fall within permitted development when installed close to a boundary.
The corner design makes this wooden gazebo ideal for garden seating areas, outdoor lounges, hot tub shelters or small outdoor dining spaces, creating a comfortable area protected from sun and rain. The open front design maintains good airflow while still providing useful shelter throughout the year.
Constructed from substantial structural timber posts and braces, the Kendal gazebo is designed for durability and stability. Each structure is handcrafted by our team using quality timber sections, creating a strong and attractive garden feature.
Like all of our gazebos, the Kendal can be customised to suit different gardens and uses. Optional features such as slatted screen panels, solid wall panels, louvre blinds, bannisters and guttering can be added to increase privacy, weather protection and functionality. Roofing options including bitumen shingles, cedar shingles or composite slate allow the gazebo to complement both traditional and contemporary garden styles.
The Kendal Corner Gazebo is particularly suited to homeowners looking for a low-height wooden gazebo designed to fit into a garden corner, offering a practical outdoor shelter while remaining within common permitted development height limits.
Each structure is built to order and installed with precision, ensuring it fits the space properly and performs reliably long-term.

Understanding Gazebo Dimensions
The drawings show the typical proportions of the Padstow gazebo and how the overall size relates to the usable space beneath the structure.
When preparing a base, we normally recommend it is at least 100mm larger than the gazebo footprint, with around 600mm of working space on all sides to allow for installation.
The base should also have a slight fall to allow water to drain away, helping prevent moisture sitting around the base of the posts.
If you're unsure about the correct base size or preparation, we're always happy to advise before installation.
A & B – Gazebo width and depth
C & D – Roof overhang (300mm each side / 600mm total)
E – Central support post used on gazebos over 3.5m
